Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee. No-shows (cancellation less than 2 hours before or failure to show up) are charged at full rate. In case of medical emergencies, we can reschedule without penalty with proper documentation.
