What we provide

What we do not do

  • Administration of any medication or IV fluids
  • Clinical monitoring (BP, pulse, oxygen — done by nurses only)
  • Sleeping or resting during the shift (companion remains alert throughout)
  • Leaving the patient's side for more than 10 minutes without hospital staff coverage

Frequently asked questions

This depends on the hospital's ICU visitation policy. Many hospitals allow one attendant in step-down or semi-ICU wards. Our companion will coordinate with the nursing station on arrival. For standard wards, access is always permitted.
Some government hospitals restrict night attendants in shared wards. Our companion will check with the ward in-charge on arrival. If access is denied, we will provide a full refund for the unused hours.
Yes. Book consecutive nights or our weekly package (7 nights) at a discounted rate. The same companion is assigned for continuity.
Our companions are trained for dementia, post-operative confusion, and behavioural challenges. They will never use restraint and will involve nursing staff if the situation escalates.
No. Our policy strictly prohibits sleeping during an active shift. Companions are assigned shifts with adequate rest between bookings to ensure they are fully alert.
